Mumbai: A section of Western Railway's motormen went on a flash strike on Friday afternoon to protest the appointment of two "rebels", causing mayhem on the train network and on roads.
Nearly 50 services were cancelled when the agitation was called off. During the period, lakhs of Mumbaikars had to suffer as roads were jam-packed and buses filled to the brim.
